sunday in manipur
one of the unexpected rewards of publishing this blog has been that every so often..others that write blogs..will stumble upon yours..i have been exposed to the world..a college student in tel aviv..a cutie in los angeles giving dating advise..like i need that..a corporate trainer and writer in australia..a presbyterian minister..guess im going to have to clean things up a bit..which would be a lot easier if deep throat would quit yanking my chain…kick the bucket my furry butt..oh and a grammarian…crap.
sometimes other bloggers will throw you a like this blog or a post a comment and even..i know you people wont believe this..elect to follow your blog..be notified every time i post a new one..for a condo cat..with an ol dell that doesnt function quite right..this is pretty humbling.
saturday a blogger from manipur..dont be lazy..look it up..sheeesh..decided to follow..probably reading about the condo made him feel lucky to be from manipur…so i reciprocated and read his blog..it didnt take long to decide to follow his blog…being sunday i thought his june 21 post was appropriate for all at the condo formerly known as wonderland.
i am probably violating some blogging etiquette..but hey..im new and a cat..and i will post his link..so…
The man whispered, “God, speak to me,”
and a meadowlark sang.
But the man did not hear.
So the man yelled, “God, speak to me,”
and the thunder rolled across the sky.
But the man did not listen.
The man looked around and said,
“God, let me see you,”
and a star shined brightly.
But the man did not see.
Now the man shouted,
“God, show me a miracle,”
and a life was born.
But the man did not notice.
So the man cried out in despair,
“Touch me, God, and let me know you are there.”
Whereupon God reached down and touched the man.
But the man brushed the butterfly away and walked on.
Don’t miss out on a blessing because it isn’t packaged the way that you expect.
